Continue working with Anne Marie to develop an authentic, achievable and sustainable plan for her wellness, with an emphasis on developing a wellness vision, boundary-setting and lifestyle habits that support optimal sleep + stress management, during an additional six, 45-minute consultations.

Consultations will take place by Zoom.

This coaching package includes meal planning support as needed, daily ‘Take a Pic of your plate’ feedback + Whats App accountability if desired and endless cheerleading/support to effect change.
