SCOPE OF SERVICES

Work with Heather to develop an authentic, achievable and sustainable plan for her wellness during a series of 12, 45-minute consultations held via Zoom unless determined otherwise.

Sessions will delve into actionable goal-setting around balanced nutrition, body trust, supportive habit change, boundary-setting and emotional eating.

This coaching package can include a meal planning support, if desired by the client and real-time, on-demand Whats App/test support, if needed.

The per session price reflects a one-time 20% discount offered to Dr. Katie Detoxers and/or Dr. Katie patients. At the completion of this package, sessions will be charged at the regular $150/session rate.
