SCOPE OF SERVICES

Work with May to develop an authentic, achievable and sustainable plan for her wellness during an initial series of 12, 45-minute consultations. Sessions will delve into developing a wellness vision, actionable goal setting, supportive habit change and achieving nutritional balance, among other client-directed topics. Consultations will take place by Zoom.

This coaching package includes 6-weeks of curated weekly meal planning support and real-time, on-demand Whats App support, if desired by the client.

The per session price reflects an initial 10% discount offered to Dr. Katie patients. Future sessions will be charged at the $150 rate.
