SCOPE OF SERVICES

Work with Sharon to develop an authentic, achievable and sustainable plan for her wellness during an initial series of 6, 45-minute Zoom consultations. Sessions will delve into developing a wellness vision, actionable goal setting, supportive habit change and achieving nutritional balance, among other client-directed topics.

This coaching package includes meal planning support and real-time, on-demand text support, if desired by the client.

The per session price reflects an initial 10% discount offered to Dr. Katie referrals. Future sessions will be charged at the $150/session rate.
