Continuing working with Megan to optimize her wellness through meal planning and weight management approaches through an additional 6, 45-minute consultations. Sessions will continue to emphasize body trust where appropriate. Consultations will take place by Zoom. This package includes continued 24/7 support via Whats App, if desired.
