In a 5-session series, together we will continue exploring how we love ourselves and those around us by tapping more deeply into meaning, purpose, authenticity and belonging.

NUSHU Group is an intimate sharing circle of 5- 8 participants, guided by Courtney Evans, a certified facilitator, that offers a safe space to say things out loud, free of fixing and advice-giving.

At the start of each session, all of the participants read and agree to the NUSHU Group Guidelines. Next, your NUSHU Group Facilitator will offer a set of prompts and ask you to journal. Each person will then be invited to share their reflections with the group. Pass is always an option. Courtney will be there to guide the sessions, uphold confidentiality, promote safety, and build trust.

Sessions will take place TUESDAYS April 4th, April 18th, April 25th, May 9th and May 23rd from 12-1pm via Zoom.
