SCOPE OF SERVICES

Work with Beth to develop an authentic, achievable and sustainable plan for her wellness during an initial series of three, 45-minute consultations. Consultations will take place by Zoom. This coaching package includes one curated meal plan, daily ‘Take a Pic of your plate’ feedback + Whats App accountability if desired after the Detox, a holistic health action plan and endless cheerleading/support to effect change.
