SCOPE OF SERVICES

Work with Chrissy to optimize her wellness by reconnecting with body trust and supportive habit change through 6, 45-minute consultations via Zoom. Sessions will extend our work together on nutritional balance, emotional eating, body image and positive behavior change. Consultations will take place by Zoom. This package includes 24/7 support via Whats App, ‘Take a pic of your Plate’ feedback, action planning and weekly meal plans, if desired.

The per session price reflects a 15% former client discount.
