SCOPE OF SERVICES

Continue working with Desiree to develop an authentic, achievable and sustainable plan for her wellness during an additional series of 12, 45-minute consultations, meeting bi-weekly. Sessions will delve further into the pillars of holistic health, goal-setting and reflections through transformative exercises in a supportive coaching alliance.

Consultations will take place by Zoom.

This coaching package includes real-time, on-demand Whats App support, as needed, and meal planning support, if desired.
