Work with Maura to develop an authentic, achievable and sustainable plan for her wellness during an initial series of 6, 45-minute consultations. Sessions will delve into actionable goal setting for holistic health and emotional eating, among other topics. Consultations will take place by Zoom.

This coaching package includes a curated weekly meal plan and real-time, on-demand Whats App support, if desired.

This session package reflects an initial 20% discount offered to Dr. Katie patients. Maintenance sessions are charged at the $150 rate.
