SCOPE OF SERVICES

Work with Lynn to develop an authentic, achievable and sustainable plan for her wellness during an initial series of 6, 45-minute consultations. Sessions will delve into developing a wellness vision, actionable goal setting, boundary-setting and emotional eating. Consultations will take place by Zoom.

This coaching package includes a curated weekly meal plan and real-time, on-demand Whats App support, if desired by the client.

The per session price reflects a 20% discount offered to Dr. Katie patients.
