SCOPE OF SERVICES

Work with Linda to develop an authentic, achievable and sustainable plan for her wellness during an series of 15 additional sessions. Sessions will delve into actionable goal setting for holistic health, emotional eating, mindset shifts, simplifying change and shifting to thrive, among other topics. Consultations will take place by Zoom.

This coaching package includes a curated weekly meal plan and real-time, on-demand Whats App support, if desired.

This session package reflects an initial 10% discount offered to Dr. Katie Detoxers. Maintenance sessions following this package are charged at the $150 rate.
