SCOPE OF SERVICES

Continuing working with Christina to optimize her wellness from a holistic wellness perspective through an additional 6, 45-minute consultations. Sessions will take place every other week and will emphasize small shifts consistent with Christina’s wellness vision that lead to more lasting change.

Consultations will take place by Zoom.

This package includes continued 24/7 support via Whats App, if desired and complimentary access to Well Refined’s meal plans.
