SCOPE OF SERVICES

Work with Nancy to develop an authentic, achievable and sustainable plan for her wellness during an initial series of 6, 45-minute consultations. Sessions will delve into actionable goal setting for holistic health, emotional eating and mindset shifts, among other topics like stress management, self-care and accountability to affect behavioral change. Consultations will take place by Zoom, Facetime or telephone.

This coaching package includes meal planning support and real-time, on-demand Whats App support, if needed.

This session package reflects an initial 20% discount offered to Dr. Katie patients or Detoxers. At the completion of this package, sessions will be charged at the $150 rate.
