SCOPE OF SERVICES

Work with Laura to develop an authentic, achievable and sustainable plan for her wellness during an initial series of 6, 45-minute consultations. Sessions will delve into eating for energy + nutritional balance, emotional eating, developing a wellness vision, actionable goal setting, supportive habit change, among other client-directed topics.

Sessions will take place in-person at Wellness Insights, located at 745 Post Road in Darien, CT. or by Zoom.

This coaching package includes curated weekly meal plan support and unlimited email support between sessions, if desired by the client.

The per session price reflects a package discount of 10%. Sessions purchased individually are charged at the $150 rate.
