In a 6-session series, together we will explore how we love ourselves and those around us by tapping more deeply into meaning, purpose, authenticity and belonging.

NUSHU Group is an intimate sharing circle participants, guided by seasoned facilitators Katie Beam and Courtney Evans, a National Board Certified Health + Wellness Coach, that offers a safe space to say things out loud, free of fixing and advice-giving. If you are looking for a safe place to share what’s on your mind and in your heart and to connect more deeply with a community of seekers, NUSHU Group is for you. 

At the start of each session, all of the participants read and agree to the NUSHU Group Guidelines. Next, your NUSHU Group Facilitator will offer a set of prompts and ask you to journal. Each person will then be invited to share their reflections with the group. Pass is always an option. Katie and Courtney will be there to guide the sessions, uphold confidentiality, promote safety, and build trust.

Sessions will take place Wednesdays 12-1pm on January 10, 17, 24, 31 and February 7, 21. Please note the two weeks between the fifth and final session.
